Message us before purchasing.
Send your BMW model, production year and the functions you would like to change. Include the last seven characters of your VIN privately through eBay Messages. A photo of your iDrive screen may also help. -

We confirm the available options, the scope of work and the computer/cable requirements for your vehicle. -
Prepare for the remote session.
Have the vehicle, a compatible computer, a suitable diagnostic connection and reliable internet access available. We provide the relevant preparation instructions. -

COMPATIBILITY
Support depends on the vehicle’s production date, installed control units, equipment and current software. Model name or registration year alone does not confirm compatibility.
Coding can adjust supported settings in existing equipment. It cannot add missing physical hardware — for example, electric mirror folding requires power-folding mirrors.
For iDrive-related requests, we check the actual head unit and software, including the relevant NBT, NBT EVO or MGU configuration where applicable.
OTHER UPGRADES
Interested in Apple CarPlay activation, fullscreen CarPlay, navigation updates or an iDrive upgrade? Ask us to check your vehicle separately. These services are not automatically included in this coding package.
