Update your existing navigation maps or replace them with maps for any region of your choice. This service is for BMW and MINI vehicles equipped with an NBT EVO ID5 or ID6 navigation system using EVO Maps.

Installation requirements

The coding method depends on your head unit's firmware version. Versions NBTevo_P, Q, R, S, U, V, W, X or Y require an ENET coding cable and a Windows laptop. Earlier firmware versions do not require an ENET cable for the activation method described in this service. Send your firmware version before ordering so we can confirm the correct method.

How to check your version

Open Navigation Maps, press Options, then go to Settings > Position & Version History > Version Information. Note your map version and firmware version, such as NBTevo_P.
